Égalité Transgenres RDC focuses its efforts on several priority areas:
• Human rights advocacy: promoting equality, dignity, and respect for the fundamental rights of transgender people.

• Combating violence and discrimination: raising awareness, providing community support, and referring individuals facing gender-based violence, family rejection, or social exclusion.
• Protection and guidance: connecting individuals with relevant agencies and partner organizations that can provide assistance tailored to the needs of vulnerable people.
• Cooperation and organizational development: establishing partnerships with national and international organizations working to promote human rights and the inclusion of LGBTQIA+ individuals.
The organization seeks to strengthen its collaborations with civil society actors, LGBTQIA+ networks, and international protection agencies in order to promote access to information, essential services, and support mechanisms for transgender individuals.
