Nansen is a non-profit organisation founded in 2017 by bilingual experts (lawyers and academics) in migration, refugee and human Rights law to help tackle the lack of quality legal aid for asylum seekers. It has the ambition to become an expertise centre in asylum law, with a combined focus on legal assistance, academic analysis and collaborations with legal practitioners in the field. Nansen is a partner of UNHCR in Belgium.
